Please email your ticket requests to us, stating how many tickets you would like and at what price, and tickets will be reserved for you. We will then contact you to arrange payment. Please do not put your credit card details in emails. If you would like to pay by cheque please send a copy of your email with the cheque to the address below. Please ensure you include your full name, address, postcode, and daytime telephone number in the email.

Ticket Exchanges & Refunds
We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded, except in the case of a substantial change to, or cancellation of, a performance.
Ticket Reservations can be made for performances and are held for 5 working days.
PAYMENT
Tickets can be paid for over the phone by credit card or cheque (made payable to the University of Hertfordshire). Due to limited parking facilities on University premises during the week, we regret that we are unable to provide facilities for you to book tickets in person.

Tickets bought at the Box Office on the night of the event can be paid for by cash or cheque only.
Concessions
Our concession ticket price applies to the following groups: children, students and people over 60. With all concession ticket allocations, proof of identity may be required.
